Chris Arscott is the producer and presenter of the Folk & Acoustic Music show on a Tuesday evening at 6pm, playing a mix of New Music, Traditional
Folk Music. Americana and Singer/Songwriters.

He also sends Birthday Greetings to artists, mark the passing of others and play songs marking historical events.

Artists appearing locally at The Forest Folk Club get a plug on the show, a review after the gig and he often also feature interviews. Often to close the show, Chris plays a track that you probably were not expecting.

He has been involved in local radio in the Forest for almost 20 years now. In addition, Chris has been involved in the English Folk Scene for over 50 years having been a singer/musician, Festival & Folk Club committee member, compère and a member of a Folk Theatre Group.
