Clive Southerton is the host of the Soft Rock and Acoustic show on a Sunday afternoon from 4-6pm. 

The show plays two hours of soft rock, acoustic music, songs by singer writers and there is plenty of local content as well.

At quarter to 5 and 6 Clive does a what’s on guide looking at bands playing the local pubs and clubs followed by a song by a local group or artist. 

 Other features on the show include a long song, classic rock at 5 o'clock, the songwriters segue where Clive plays two or three songs by a featured songwriter and in hour 2 he selects an album and plays a couple of tracks from it. 

Clive’s claim to fame is that he was as a contestant on Ken Bruce's Popmaster once and got 36 points out of 39 and made it to the Champions League rounds that they have at the end of the year.
