Daren’s interest in Music and Radio stems back to the 1980’s when he was a Disc Jockey on the Mobile and Club scene, at that time he was also involved in the then local radio station Severn Sound and undertook many duties from technical operations, programme support and outside broadcasts. Getting married and having Children refocused his attentions until his youngest son showed an interest in Triangle Radio’s first RSL (FM) broadcast and ask him to come along, this was the trigger to rekindle his dormant interest, over the last few years as a director and Presenter of Music Station Like Radio and has now taken on presenting duties on Breakfast and Station Controller for Dean Radio and as one of the Directors of Forest Community Media.
